As everybody say they keep raising the fee for nothing, no security anymore, grass is getting dry the sprinklers doesn't work anymore a fake lake is full of trash, strange people is walking around and when it is reported they say call the police and send me the report. If a roof repair is needed they always are mad and say that they don't have to give you any detail of what happen or when the repair will be done, gate is always damage and they continue repair it , instead to change it for something that works. They waste your time over the simplest tasks; something as minimal as putting a sticker on your windshield turns into multiple pointless trips. I came into the office with my defenses up expecting crappy service but I received the exact opposite. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Barbara helped me initially and made me feel welcome as soon as she greeted me. I needed something else and another person at the front desk helped me and was very helpful. It is with great disappointment that I must write this review. If there were a minus - * star, that is what I would give to AMPM. As an owner for 18 years, I have seen many changes to the community. As of late, the property management has become completely inadequate. It seems as though there is simply an opportunity for property management to collect fees and not provide proper service to our community. I'm witness to complete negligence and lack of care for the neighborhood; with its greenery, building exteriors, and customer service. As an owner since 2006 who takes pride in my home and neighborhood, the property management has declined to the level of disgraceful. I have challenges with my own exterior that has affected my interior that are not being addressed properly, and it is evident that there are also issues with my neighbors. Please improve the level of care in our neighborhood. Please improve the level of customer service. Please provide a better level of respect and cooperation. Michael OIivera has no idea what he is doing as property manager. Waterstone has been a residence of mine for over 8 years and there has always been bad WiFi at the Grandwaterstone clubhouse. I spent all day yesterday there after I was told it would be fixed in 1 hour at 12:00pm and was never fixed. Today he told me it would take 7 business days for them to replace a router, which I have never heard of taking that long for internet in 2024. The clubhouse less than a mile away had an internet outage around 10am that only last until 11am yesterday. If he cannot manage properties correctly to make the obvious choice of changing the internet provider which is ATT which they have had for over 8 years to a different one then Michael Olivier obviously needs to be replaced with another manager. read more

I have owned in this complex since 2011. I called otoday to find out our balance so I could become current with out association. Long story short, citibank closed our account without notice and we were unaware that no payments were being sent. I had not received any mailings regarding delinquency, but I can estimate roughly my balance. When I called I was told that I needed to send a request. She clearly knew how much it was owned but couldn't tell me because the needed to erify my identity. Then I told her that I just needed to know the account balance because I wanted to send a check right then, and then she proceed to tell me that it was 4:37pm and she was busy with a project she needed to end, finally she gave me the account number. Seriously? No help, rude and condescending. Saddens me that they werent like this 9 years ago. Hire better people Alton Madison. read more

They are rude, lack common sense, and just make you go out of your way for absolutely every little thing you can think of. Also, it always ends up in them pointing fingers at the Board. They will say that the Board made that decision. Then you go to a Board meeting and not one person on the Board has any clue what you are talking about. Also, try calling them, emailing them, or leaving them a message. Although it is not in my best interest to say this as a property owner, I would recommend anyone to stay away from any property managed by these people. It is just not worth it. read more

Some management companies manage. This one does not. These folks are rude, do not return calls or e-mails. After they eliminated the guard for our guarded/gated community, a new gate access system was installed. We are supposed to have our own access account, separate from our landlord. They have delayed my gate access so long, I am no longer allowed into my community, without being listed under my landlord. Just think about that..... Not being allowed to drive to your house, but paying over $2000/month for that home. It will get interesting when I am denied access, with 10 cars behind me. The gates needed to be fixed, as they have not worked properly for 2 consecutive weeks, in the 3+ years we have been here. Usually the gates were left open, but with a guard, not a huge problem. Now, no guard & the gates still default to open, whenever there is an issue. These people could not manage a doghouse. read more

I used to be on the board for my community and still constantly interact with the AMPM team. The team is nothing less than professional at all times. I find the group to be very thorough in their process and still working toward making our community better after all these years. Before I was on the board I had limited exposure to dealing with the property management team. I found that my lack of knowledge regarding how a Community and management team works with the homeowners in the community can greatly sway a persons opinion. Alton Madison Property Management is open to total involvement, at least that is the case in our community. I think if more people get involved and understand the process vs. their own self-absorbed interests, the better they will feel about property management in general. read more

I had an issue with damage done to my vehicle by malfunctioning equipment at the community. I reported it to the Property Manager and they said they would review the video. They told me they would have the Association insurance take care of the damage if they found it on video. Of course they didn't. I asked them to look again. Two weeks later, I called and they told me that they didn't see anything on the video. I asked them to look again and offered to view the video with them. Several weeks later they called and told me that the video was not stored and that I would have to pursue a claim through my insurance company. Throughout I was treated like I was lying in order to get money out of the community. When I finally heard from the property manager directly, he directly told me that he believed I was trying to milk the community. I have never been treated so poorly. Unfortunately, this is par for the course for all my interactions with Alton Madison. Poor customer service, condescension, bad information, slow response times, etc., etc. If this company's name comes up in any transaction....RUN! read more

Love to sell to get rid of this Association. I' ve been calling all week never get anyone that knows anything. I am trying to have some explain to me from a letter they sent regarding a replacement screen, what screen they are referring to any nobody knows but they are fast to say if not repaired by today the deadline is gone. How can I fix when tenant tells me nothing is wrong and I call Association and they can not tell me what screen they are referring to on their letter.
