Called this place for residential snow removal in March. The lady who answered couldn't give me…read moreany pricing info or ballpark time estimates and became more rude with each question I asked, as if I was bothering her. She said I'd have to speak to her husband about all snow removal inquiries. She took my number and said they'd call me back, but she sternly said I should call them if I didn't need them. Yeah, sure, lady. I'm not wasting my time calling you to tell you I got someone else to do it. Anyway, they never even called back. After a couple of days and warmer temperatures, we let it go. My company was considering calling them, and I advised against it. Don't do business with people who act like it's a chore to do business with you.

The mechanic who serviced my machine, prior to me taking it home, answered my questions and patiently showed me again how to run it. I love that they will service all equipment they sell in house, as well (unlike Lowe's or Home Depot!!). I'll definitely be back for my car inspection and any other auto repairs that I need.
