I brought the issue to them and they blammed the issue on rust and bad seals, saying that they knew it would leak during their preliminary inspection. This was never mentioned to wife. I explained that there was never any leak with the previous glass or with the temporary plastic that I taped in until the repair could be scheduled, even through multiple rain storms. At this point he said there are alot of issues with the vehicle and hung up. I would advise anyone looking for glass repairs to find anywhere else!

The other glass shops we had called wanted $200 to "come look and IF they could fix it they would require another scheduled visit". The 30 year old door was extremely difficult to remove from the track, but Kevin was able to get the door off, cleaned and oiled the casters and re-installed the door. Our door works perfectly! He also located and ordered replacement parts in case of future repair needs. Professional, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. He will do you a good job.

I had to take my 2003 Honda Civic in 3 times to try and get the drivers side trim fixed as clips needed to be replaced. The last time I called to make an appointment owner said he ordered the clips but when I left my car the last time they never installed the new clips and trim is now being held on by black electrical tape until I can see if possible to fix myself or take it elsewhere. Staff is rude and abrasive and office reeks of smoke. Very unprofessional.
