This company is completely non-reputable and lacks basic ethics in operating and dealing with its customers. The customer service is the absolute worst I've ever experienced from any company in any field. Throughout the entire process, it felt like no one was in charge of our move. Phone calls were almost never returned, leaving us completely in the dark. We experienced the exact same "bait and switch" tactic mentioned by the other reviewers the price was constantly changing with no valid explanation. On top of the financial dishonesty, our delivery dates were changed four separate times without giving us a logical reason. When our belongings finally arrived, the packing quality was abysmal. In some cases, packing was nonexistent, showing a complete lack of care for our property. The process began with what felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I was provided an estimate that I agreed to, but when the packing crew arrived, my price suddenly doubled. I was put in an impossible position because my belongings were already being packed and I had no choice but to move forward. What makes this even more frustrating is that when my shipment arrived, the truck appeared to be much closer in size to the original estimate than the inflated amount I was charged for. Despite multiple requests, no one has ever contacted me to review the actual cubic footage or explain the charges. Communication was beyond terrible. Before I signed the contract, Ryan called and followed up constantly. The minute they had my money, the communication stopped. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and getting anyone to return a message is nearly impossible. Customer service has been nonexistent from start to finish. This company markets itself as a national moving company, but my move was outsourced to local contractors. There was no accountability and no one willing to take ownership when serious problems occurred. The packing process was also alarming. The crew disassembled nearly everything they could, creating additional boxes and taking up more space than seemed necessary. It left me questioning whether this was done to increase the volume I was billed for. The worst part was the condition of my belongings. My 65-inch television was broken. My $1,000 mirror was shattered. My bed frame is missing. My ladder is missing. There were additional damaged and missing items as well. When I immediately reported the missing bed frame to the delivery crew, I was assured it would be delivered separately. That promise was never kept. It has now been over a week with no delivery, no follow-up, and no communication despite my repeated attempts to get answers. This entire experience has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing. From the inflated pricing, poor communication, damaged property, missing belongings, and complete lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress, expense, and frustration. Choose another mover. My advice is simple: RUN. RUN. RUN.
