We used their official work order numbers, documents, and IVR system, and our communication with them was consistent throughout the process. After the quote was declined, we were informed that internal issues within their company may have affected payment processing for certain vendors. We have documentation of these interactions, including recorded calls, but as of today, our invoice remains unresolved. Based on our experience, I would advise other vendors to request payment up front.

As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.
