I would caution you against using this person. He took our money, came once to start a really bad job and never showed up to finish what he started, he completely cheated us out of a couple thousand. It's truly shameful. I will not recommend him to anyone, and after seeing the reviews, it's clear we're not the only ones he's treated this way! read more

I'm not the one to write reviews, but thig guy started work and started strong initially on the firs 2-3 days, then stopped and came whenever he wanted. Always asking for money. He did not finish the work, and he actually owes me money. He never came back and I'm out 4000 dollars. He brings his son to translate for him and his son is in junior high, I think. very nice boy but the father is very shady. Please be careful with him, DO NOT USE. Please, I'm saving you a lot of issues. He even installed the wrong floor in the kitchen and the wrong countertop in the bathroom. I'm usually weary about reviews like this, but I promise you, Stay away. Till now still not answering my calls. I don't like leaving these types of reviews, but he was intentional with his motives. I hope he contacts me after this review to rectify the situation. read more

Luis replaced all the tile in our upstairs bathroom and did a fantastic job! Our shower and new floor look amazing. He has great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Luis Cruz Flooring for any tile project you have! read more

I went to Luis on referral from a friend and I'm happy that I did. My original installer did a horrible job and I called Luis to fix it. Luis did a FANTASTIC job at a very fair price, and he did it quickly. He arrived on time, did a wonderful job, and thoroughly cleaned up before he left. I will certainly call Luis again when I need any flooring done and will gladly refer friends to him. This is exactly how working with a contractor should be! read more

Some workers from this company were digging in my front yard and must have cut my internet cable in…read morethe process. As soon as I logged off work my internet went out. I have been on the phone with AT&T trying to get a tech out here but it seems like they are having issues on their end with even scheduling someone. If you are going to send people out here to dig at least make sure they are competent and are aware that there are cable lines that are buried underground that they should be aware of. Fortunately I'm off work the next 2 days or this could have gone so differently.

The first time we had Luis we gave a 5-star rating. This time I'm editing to a one. Yes, I paid him in full. For a new project. Two bathrooms. As days passed, I noticed new concerns & had shower glass door installers point out how bad it was. No 90 degree angles. Grout chunks in corners. Sloppy. I have to call another drywaller & painter for repairs (which I knew about some but now more areas & trim are noticeable). If you hire Luis - Be sure to inspect every spot 3x before paying or you'll never see him again. I'll gladly retract this if he comes but it has been a month. I've texted. Called. Emailed. No response. This saddens me because I think he could be good. read more
