After…read morebeing reluctant for some time he finally said "I can get you a partial refund, but I have to talk to my manager." When asked how long before I should call back, he said "45 minutes." I called, no answer so I left a message. I called 5 more times that day, left a message then 5 more times the next day. I called 3 times the next day, then left another message on the fourth day. No response! I then called customer service and Joseph Torres was able to get our full refund in less than 10 minutes.
