Unfortunately, we had such negative history with groomers for our feisty one, we were super concerned who would groom him! Mandee never once thought twice about grooming our Fritz. She does such a thorough job and they look amazing! Her attention to detail and making sure our dogs were comfortable was outstanding! It's a total plus that our boys don't have the stress of a car ride to the groomer and the distraction of other dogs. I highly recommend her!

She spent over 10 minutes interacting with myself, my kids, and the dog...making sure everyone felt comfortable and more like friends before starting. She even trimmed my neighbors dogs nails without an appointment when she drove by and asked! I have used other mobile grooming services before, and this was by far our best experience. She was the perfect Mix of great work, but yet efficient with her time. Our dog looked exactly as I had requested, in the amount of time she had estimated. She was very helpful with tips and knowledgable of the breed, which I appreciated. We already have our next appointment booked. It only took about 45 minutes for the whole service, when it usually takes me at least 20 minutes just to brush him - goldens have a lot of hair.

This facility is clean and very well cared for. I knew it would be a good experience for my dogs after the first few minutes of walking in the large grass area. Canine Solutions has a fire hydrant in the middle of the grass. It took me a few minutes to try and figure out if it was real or fake. After realizing how much time my dogs took peeing on the fire hydrant, it dawned on me why it was there. The staff loves dogs. All of the cute pictures on the walls and the kindness and care they showed for my dogs was truly special. When I picked up my dogs after their grooming, the dogs looked great! But even more important, they were calm and happy. My dogs enjoyed their time at Canine Solutions. Looking forward to bringing my dogs back for their next grooming. I have been using Canine Solutions for years, and my dog was thrilled to go for a spa day and just…read moreloved Amanda. However, Amanda is no longer at Canine, and with every visit, there seems to be a different staff (red flag). During the last visit, I was very disappointed in the quality of the grooming. My dog's nails were barely trimmed, she was covered in loose hair, did not smell clean, and was desperate to get out of there, which was out of character for her. She wasn't herself for several days. There appears to be a lot going on at Canine. A drop in the quality of grooming, increased pricing, an additional charge for using a credit card, and high employee turnover are all signs of a business in distress. I probably could work around some of these issues, but the fact that now my dog is literally scared about going there is just not acceptable.
