Our host Roger was easy to communicate with and was onsite from the beginning to the end of the bonfire. We visit Santa Rosa yearly and have always seen beach bonfires but never had one. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.
