In today's market, what we as consumers REALLY want is customer service. We want to ask a question and have it answered accurately in a timely manner. I don't think that is a lot to ask. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. Golf cart was like new and spotless,and it was ready ahead of time. They are great at communication with email and text. Easy to arrange for rental with this company for a golf cart this weekend. We arrived the weekend of Labor Day and decided on Tuesday that we would rent a cart for the remainder of the week. After some googling and price comparisons, we went with this company and I am so happy we did.
