I worked with AA Bail Bonds in the past. Bill was absolutely wonderful. He was reasonable, reliable, and quick. A week ago, I would have given this company 5 stars, and recommended them to anyone and everyone 110%. Unfortunately, when I needed them again, Bill was on vacation. I called the office and had to work with Alex who said he was the owner of the company. I talked to him on Thursday and on Friday he kept calling and texting me that I had to get him the money right away, so I did. This was during a holiday weekend, and I told him I felt bad he had to drive in traffic. He told me that he took my money, so he had to do it. He told me he went back and forth trying to post the bail. After talking to the people who do intake at the jail, they said he never even showed up!! On Wednesday he told me he was driving up to post the bail. Over 6 hours later when I called him, he said he never went because he didn't feel like it!!! He said a guard might say he couldn't post the bail. On Thursday, which was ONE WEEK later, I tried calling and texting for an update and got absolutely nothing back from him!! He had Bill text me for an address to return my money by CHECK! I paid with my debit card! He had my money for nearly a week and didn't do anything at all. They told me the check was going to be overnighted, but I didn't get it until Saturday afternoon. So, I can't even cash it until Monday! On Friday, I called Liberty Bail Bonds who was able to post bail and have the defendant released within 5 hours. Something Alex couldn't get done in a week. It's always an unfortunate situation to have to deal with bail bonds but if you must, I highly recommend this company - they are compassionate, quick and go out of their way for your loved one! I used them to get my daughter out of jail and home for the holidays and Kelly helped me with the technical difficulties I was experiencing on the forms to submit, even face timing when she was suffering from a bad cold-her goal was to get my daughter home for the holidays and she succeeded.
