Amazing florist. The staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming. Every year for the past four years I have gotten my daughter's prom flowers from this buisness. My child has special needs, so prom is a little different for her. They have made her flowers for prom so beautiful every year. They go out of their way to make us feel special and valued. They are truly so wonderful to work with, and I am so grateful that we are treated with kindness every time that we go there to order our prom flowers. I needed flowers for the funeral of my cousin who was a big deer hunter and tough guy. So I called Always Beautiful to see if they could make me a flower display with hunting colors (orange/brown) and deer antlers. They said that they would be happy to. The guy on the phone was so nice. What they delivered to the funeral was beyond amazing and absolutely perfect for my cousin. His wife and daughters separately asked where I got the flowers because they were just a perfect tribute to him. They even displayed the flowers next to one of the giant pictures of my cousin. I want to thank AB for going above and beyond, having very fair prices, and just an absolutely beautiful and amazing display of flowers that perfectly helped us celebrate the life of an amazing man. I visited this shop in order to get an arrangement for a funeral. I'd never been here before and didn't know anything about it other than that they delivered to the applicable funeral home. I explained what I wanted, seeking to have flowers that reflected the preferences of our dear friend that had died. The woman who waited on me was warm and compassionate and promised that she was going to make sure these flowers were beautiful and everything I imagined. They were perfect! I walked into Always Beautiful on 2/10/16 with a picture of arrangements (from an internet florist) for my father-in-law's funeral. I needed the flowers by Friday. The owner, Alice Yates, not only said she could do the arrangement, but she offered some ideas to make the arrangement more appropriate for the occassion. She was compassionate and caring. The arrangements were far more beautiful than what I would have gotten online, they were within our budget, and they were ready for pickup Friday morning. Never again. All the roses and some of the flowers were just about dead. Call to let them no and ownerwas very nasty and said she would pick up flowers but I needed to be there and she would not replace only cancelled the order if she felt it necessary and would contact the sender ( that would be quite embarrassing for the kind person who sent them) "She also asked where I got my floral degree that i know how long they would last." it doesn't take a floral degree to know if a floweer is dead. i am sick i really did not need her nasty attitude. :( i only had the flowers a few hours read more
