I showed them my confirmation to prove I submitted the order for this location. Somehow, they filled it at another location. (I usually go to the Jamison location). But they had completely remodeled and I honestly am a little sad. It doesn't look like classic hallmark anymore but instead boutique. It is a bit roomier which is nice as before it was a bit crowded. They still have the cards in the back but the cash rep is now in the middle and there's lots of glass fixtures flanking the front. It felt a little cold - rather than the old homey hallmark. They had a decent selection of items after Christmas but it'll be interesting to see post holiday, the merchandising that they do with the new setup. The staff was very pleasant and I was able to score a lot of great deals post Christmas! I usually stock up very very early in the season as soon as the items come out and then again afterward. Luckily it looks like the card selection hasn't diminished.

When I arrived, there was only one cashier at the register, so I had to wait a bit to be helped. A woman who was pushing a cart of cards asked if I had a question (since I wasn't holding anything in my hands) and I told her I was picking up my online order. She grabbed it for me and had me sign the pickup and I was out the door (super quick). The employee was really kind/friendly.
