They claim they will find us "the right fit" for our mom ........ this NEVER happened. We had several different care givers and only one of them truly cared for our mom. Most alarmingly, were the number of times my sister and I received a last-minute call to inform us that our care giver will not be coming today!!!!! I get close observation of my rehab, with lots of positive encouragement and incremental additions to my regime.
