While I use this…read moreservice mainly for doctor's appointments, I've also used it for grocery shopping, haircuts and general shopping. While I don't use them every month, when I call all my records are in their file. Being handicapped I cannot get into certain vehicles. This is in file and they make sure I get car for every appointment. The ladies are friendly, respectful, attentive and caring. This day Jan. 7, 2025, Aileen McQueen took me for a 9:30 am appointment. She was at my house for 8:50 am, so plenty of time to make the appointment. Her supervisor, Dorothy Royal, stopped by house after we returned home. We talked about my needs, which may be a knee replacement in the future and having someone with me 24/7 for a couple of weeks.
