I was waiting for my new Havasu home to close escrow so I requested a carpet cleaning quote in Yelp. Mitch and Carrie got back to me right away and we scheduled the quote and cleaning for a few days later. My house escrow was delayed so they happily moved the appointment out for me. We ran into another delay so we had to move it out again. I was so appreciative that Mitch and Carrie were very responsive and accommodating with the delay of the closing. When the house closed and Mitch showed up, he was very thorough on what they would be doing and included me every step of the way.
