A friend recommended Mitch at Always Clean to recondition three rooms of tile in our condo. The twenty year old ceramic as looking a tad worse for wear. Always Clean was easy to work with even from across the country. Set up an appointment which would work when I could get someone to meet him. Received a quote quickly and set up a time for the cleaning. Once again it was easy to set up times when Mitch could get in and proceed with the job. Mitch did this work last September and I have waited this long to review so I could see who well the cleaning and sealing kept up after a few months. Everything looks as if it was done yesterday. The appointment was for Saturday May 5, 2024. I sent a second message making sure it was only going to get a quote for the job and didn't hear back. At 11:18 am they hadn't shown so I texted ETA? At 12:21 with no response I sent HELLOOO. At 1:32 I received a text from a Manny who said Sorry we don't service that area. They said they tried to call so I checked and there was an 888 ac and I texted back if that was them they called me FOUR minutes before they said they didn't service the area and they never left a voicemail message. I texted back how unhappy I was and would be going online accordingly and not one message back apologizing. Note: above my comment there is an address of 1280 Powell Dr. I have no idea what that is.
