So far, I don't have a chance to meet Mr. Johnson yet, but I really would like to thank him. Here is my story: I booked a moving company on July 24 and then Junk removal on July 25. However, on July 23, I couldn't get hold of the moving company to confirm the appointment, so I had to find another moving company to help me and they said they could do the junk removal too. I feel that's better for me to get everything done in one day, so I talked to Johnson and cancelled the appointment. He was very understandable, polite and didn't give me any trouble for the late cancellation. Then today, I booked another appointment with him to remove a bed which was supposed to be picked up yesterday but the garbage collection guy didn't show up. Anyway, today is the completion date for the sale of my house; so you can imagine how panic I was. When I reached out with Johnson through Yelp, he responded it quickly that he could come this afternoon. I thought good, I finally have a chance to meet with this nice guy. But, when I got to my old house 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, I found the bed was gone! I don't know if the garbage collection company finally showed up or someone thought it was still useable, but it's gone! I mean it's good for me to save some money, but I feel so sorry that I have to call Johnson again to cancel the appointment. That's what I said: so far I don't have a chance to meet with him yet. made some calls to several companies to check out what kind of prices I was looking to get rid of a lot of junk in my basement, I bought a house and the elderly couple I bought it from asked to leave the things in their basement as they could not take them to the 'home' they were moving into. Me being a youngish guy I said sure, and I did not realize just how much stuff you can accumulate in one lifetime. Johnson Reddy and his Company were able to accommodate my budget and took on the work that was getting the best of me. they cleaned up so much of my basement that I was surprised on how open the basement was afterward. It was the first time seeing it clutter free. I was checking reviews for another rubbish removal company when I came across reviews for Always Reddy. I called Johnson and he responded immediately. He provided a quote over the phone and agreed to come to my home the following afternoon to provide a free estimate. Johnson was wonderful to deal with. He presented as a friendly, genuine professional. He asked about my budget and was willing to negotiate a reasonable fee for his service. Arrangements were made for him to pick-up my rubbish a few days later. He arrived at my home five minutes before scheduled time and went straight to work. We were left hanging by a collector who decided not to take the job but didn't inform us (Scrapper Joe, usually only lists phone 778-319-1059 - I don't care if you're free, you're STILL too expensive for the quality of service!). In a time crunch to get our washer/dryer removed because the new ones were coming in, we called Johnson Reddy. He was there within a couple of hours, quickly helped us remove the old appliances, and even helped us shift in the new ones as they were on hand! All for a reasonable price. We had them dispose of our love seat, two sofa chairs, our kitchen table, 2 kitchen chairs and a few junk boxes. We paid $280 + tax. Much cheaper than the main competitors.
