I can't recall how many years ago I used them. Probably 7-8 yrs. ago, but I recall that they were very helpful and efficient. They gave me a quote over the phone to remove a queen size bed with bed bugs of $129 flate rate plus $100 surcharge for the extra problem and GST. After the job was done, they charged an extra $195 for the bed bug problem. In my anger and haste, i initially gave a bad review; but Dan, the owner, called up and explained his quote was from their old pricing structure but since the world has gone crazy with the high cost of everything, they've had no choice but to raise their pricing. Since he quoted me from their old prices, he honoured his original quote and refunded the difference. I was very satisfied with the work they did, the quick and professional manner in which it was done, and now, with the cost in line with my expectations, i can only give them the highest review, minus 1 star for the slight inconvenience. i will definitely call them again if i have a need read more

We were very pleased with Valley Junk solutions. We had some 150 pound cement footings that needed to go to the dump and they handled them really well. They also offered to remove some yard waste that we were going to move later in the day anyhow, so that saved us a trip.
