I made my decision because of the ratings for Montgomery Pools, customer satisfaction, and the savings in maintenance costs vs gunite. The warranty on the pools is fantastic, check latham.com, there are so many different pools to choose from. Shawn stands by his work and warranty!

She even told me that I could get another year out of the pool if I wanted to wait, since I told her I just moved in. I decided not to wait and spoke with Theresa to schedule me at their earliest opportunity, which was a couple of months out. You can imagine my surprise when a couple weeks later I received a call saying she had an opening to start the next day, if I wanted them to. Of course, that made me ecstatic! My pool would be complete and usable before spring! All the guys who came to work on the pool did a great job and left everything cleaned up and nice at the end of each day, as well as being very polite and knowledgeable as I asked questions. Being able to see his work and talk with him about our ideas made it easy to hire him as our builder. During all the COVID issues it did take longer for our pool to get finished but we were patient and the end results were worth it! Seriously, be patient! With so many people wanting pools built supplies and laborers are stretched thin and anticipate a six to seven month timeframe. In fact, having the extra time in between construction phases actually turned out to be a blessing because it allowed us to notice areas that might need tweaking or make decisions on landscaping concepts. We had time to save up extra money to increase our concrete decking area from 376 square feet to a whopping 1185 square feet! We did a complete backyard transformation and are still in awe at how great everything turned out! If we're ever fortunate enough to build another pool in the future we're definitely hiring Edgewater again!

I have dealt with approximately 7 contractors in Havasu (general, stone, countertops, roof, pool, tile, flooring, etc.) and Tristate Stone is only 1 of 3 that I would ever use again or recommend! I contracted Tristate Stone Solutions, recommended by Patty at Global Stone (also amazing), to install my new Quartzite countertops and mosaic backsplash. Juan (owner) and his crew were terrific - they were professional, did a commendable job, met our every demand, went out their way to accommodate our schedule, gave sound advice when asked, were patient with our changes and completed the job in the timeframe promised. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Juan at Tristate.
