To be extremely clear, since we've made a complaint about the technician, this branch has completely ignored us in regards to our problems and services we needed. So after a month of not hearing from them we called to cancel our service. Their response is to then charge us for a service we never received and we still have gopher traps in our backyard that need to be taken out. As of writing this it has now been two months since we've requested everything be canceled and the traps taken out with no response from the branch. I'm confused how they just completely disregard the customer or refuse to resolve any issues. On top of this their customer service representatives have lied to us several times saying they were going to resolve the issue but I end up having to call back weeks later only for them to tell us they were going to escalate it and get it resolved, ultimately giving us the runaround so they can continue to charge us. Here we are two months later with nothing done. I have never dealt with a complete disregard of the customer, or their issues with the company. I'm not sure what happened but I would never recommend this company. Please put your money elsewhere like "We Do Creepy". They are a smaller company but also do natural and pet/child friendly accommodations. And the best part is we have never had any issues with them regarding quality of service. EDIT: Apparently since reading previous reviews, this is an ongoing issue and they clearly don't care. Please report them to the Pest Control Board and file a complaint with your issues.
