Love this Group so much. Sweet people at the front. Quality care and just overall my favorite…read moregeneral doctor I've been referred to. PLEASE READ THIS…read more First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely love my doctor at this office. She is efficient, compassionate, and truly listens to my concerns. This review is not about her, it is about my experience with one of the medical assistants. I was recently told by my primary care provider that I was pregnant based on my lab results. After experiencing bleeding, I was directed to go to the emergency room. The ER informed me that there was a strong possibility I was having a miscarriage and instructed me to follow up with my PCP and schedule an appointment with an OB-GYN. The next day, I called Creekside Medical to request a copy of my lab results because the OB-GYN specifically asked me to bring them to my appointment. Kailee told me she would email them to me no later than 5:00 p.m. that day. Unfortunately, I never received them. The following morning, I went to my OB-GYN appointment without my lab results. Because they didn't have the information they needed, they were unable to properly evaluate what was happening or determine whether I was miscarrying. After the appointment, I called Creekside Medical again. Kailee answered, and I explained that I had requested my lab results the day before but never received them. She responded with an attitude and told me she had sent them "20 minutes ago." I explained that I had specifically requested them the previous day because they were needed for that appointment. Her response was simply, "Well, I sent it." I then asked if I could speak with my doctor because this was an urgent ER follow-up. Kailee told me my doctor was busy and fully booked for the week. When I explained that the ER had instructed me to follow up with my PCP, she told me that if it was urgent, I should just go back to the ER. I asked for her name to confirm who I was speaking with and ended the call. I went back to the ER that same day. The ER staff explained that there was nothing more they could do because it was too early to determine what was happening and that my follow-up needed to be with my primary care provider. After leaving the ER, I called Creekside Medical again. This time, Kailee sent me directly to voicemail four times in a row. After the second time, I started recording the calls. To verify what was happening, I used my boyfriend's phone to call the office, and the call was answered immediately. I also have that recorded. I reported the situation to another receptionist, and the only resolution offered was, "At your next appointment, I'll make sure she apologizes." That is simply not an acceptable response. I am in the middle of what may be one of the most difficult experiences of my life, trying to get medical care while possibly miscarrying my baby. Instead of receiving support and guidance, I felt dismissed, ignored, and humiliated. I also work in healthcare, and I cannot imagine treating a patient, especially one in such a vulnerable situation and way I was treated. Every patient deserves compassion, professionalism, and access to appropriate follow-up care. Again, this review is not a reflection of my doctor, whom I genuinely appreciate. It is about the unacceptable and unprofessional way I was treated by one staff member. I will be reporting this experience because no patient should be made to feel the way I did.

To call this doctor horrible is even being very thoughtful, this is a doctor who does not care…read moreabout patients. She talks to patients like they are toddlers. She speaks with people ask if they are uneducated and she tries to correct them. Charged near $270 for a 3 minute call where she insulted me and tried to bad mouth my primary care, she is one doctor who should consider a career change. She should think before she goes into the industry of taking care of patients. I can't say more as she is awful!!!

She was dismissive in my symptoms and told me I needed to follow up with my primary care physician to help me, however "she is always here if I needed her" I've been seeing her for a few months to discuss nutrition and weight loss as well as education on how to change my microbiome. I have a thyroid disorder and my symptoms are getting worse. She has been unable to help me thus far and feel she was brushing me off to my other doctors. It's frustrating because she told me she could help me and then when my symptoms got worse she gave up. She told me losing weight would not help me which is the whole reason why I was referred to her and initially she could help. I followed up with her today because I took a blood test she wanted me to take. She was totally uninterested and seemed unprepared to discuss bloodwork.

I am a patient of the sleep medicine clinic, and I cannot recommend them any less (if negative…read morestars were possible, I would assign them that!). Since being seen by Dr Nguyen at the very beginning of June, I have had nothing but hurdles to overcome in terms of trying to seek care for my sleep (or lack thereof) issues. Dr Nguyen recommended a sleep study at our appointment and referred me for such. The first referral was denied because of improper filing in her behalf, and it took over a week of calling daily AND messaging through the portal to have the referrals resubmitted properly. Then, the second round of referral was denied and I was told it was because she didn't complete a peer to peer consultation with my insurance. After calling to speak with the doctor on Monday, I was told by the office that she would be contacting me by Wednesday to discuss what happened with my referral. It is now Wednesday, and guess what! Still no word from the office or the doctor. I have also had multiple messages sent on my behalf from the sleep lab where the study should be taking place, and from the patient relations department. AND, because of the nature of this study, I am required to keep a log for two weeks prior to my study and be off of my medications for those two weeks before I can even do the testing. This, combined with the fact that referrals take up to (and usually max out on) a full two weeks to process, I am looking at a minimum of another month before I get any answers. Truly do not schedule with this clinic or provider if you value your sanity or if you are actually looking for a caring team to help you with your sleep issues.
