Their framers and other initial work is nice and clean and even these guys even do a good job but their finishing is terrible. They don't hang doors properly, their trim work is horrible and you can see gaps everywhere and dont even get me started on the swinging doors they hung in cupboards. Their finished work is really poor and its a shame as they start of well. When you complain Robert (the owner) does not do anything other than make excuses and try's to buy time. Once he has your money he will not come back.

We signed a contract in late January 2019, and work was not done until the end of September 2019. The delays were all on Ofir. He used our job as a fill-in between other jobs, even though he promised it would receive his undivided attention. At one point in time he lost his entire crew. He was a two person operation for most of the time. The person working for him bad-mouthed the work he did. The place was always left a complete mess. He was never on-site to supervise his flunkies. So many things had to be done twice or even three times. Garbage was piled in every room and outside as well. It never seemed to be removed! Ofir was rude in his responses to our e-mails. One time he told me to wait until he was finished to complain. He left a expletive-laden voice mail on my husbands phone. Unless you want sloppy workmanship and endless delays, don't even think about using OM Construction.

Beware! Don't let Louis fool you---I was fooled…read more They won the bid for a large project on our house in Westchester and clearly did not understand the scope of the job they were taking on. Once they realized they might lose money, they cut corners everywhere, tried to charge us for items included in base scope of work, and stopped paying their subcontractors. We ended up taking over the job and paying the subs to get our project completed. Definitely make sure you have a good lawyer--we needed ours to deal with them. If you HAVE to use them, make sure to get a solid contract that obligates them to fix things they damage during the job and limits what they can charge extra for. Be mindful of the existing conditions clause they will seek. Also, watch out if they try to sell you cabinets from Hallmark. Very poor quality for the premium price and the vendor does not stand by their product. The owner completely blew us off when we tried to get repairs. Our cabinets are only two years old and we will probably need to replace / refinish them entirely because the paint is literally peeling off. Considering their initial promise and prestigious Greenwich name, it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.
