I purchased an old house in the village and it needed a couple piers. Their quote was actually…read morehigher but offered more services with removal of deck section and working around shrubs. Their crew never removed the deck ledger boards (leaving the entire back of the house tied together in one piece.) and instead of lifting the desired section, it shifted 2/3 of back of the house back n forth. Causing more damage than fixing. I have multiple 1/4" to 1/2" gaps around outside doors that weren't there before they lifted the house. I'm currently tearing the deck apart since the ledger boards and an anchors are all messed up from the pressure. When they left they just bandaided everything to hide the damage they did. They will come out and give excuses and claim to have a warranty, but you will get no protection once they come & mess up your house. Be careful using this company!
