Jim was Amazing, had some difficulty w/changing out 6 locks in the home we are renting, of course none of it was his fault, he was also very patient in this triple digit weather we are dealing w/right now w/having to wait around for the landlord to bring over their set of keys to try & fix our issues, it didn't help, so he came up w/a fix that worked & now the set of keys we got from him opens all of our doors, instead of a different key for each door. Christmas Eve and locked out of our house due to our own negligence. We were going to visit a friend who is terminal; needless to say we were distraught. When we discovered our dilemma, we called AM/PM Lockouts & Locksmith. The representative was calm and reassuring; he was willing to meet us at our home to render assistance after our visit. Upon returning to our home, we were able to get in. However, his willingness to help us on Christmas Eve was beyond the pale.
