Spencer and Legacy came through for me - their prices well below everyone's, Spencer's quick response times and patience with me as I decided to be picky about my new design, and patience with dealing with having to coordinate remotely with me while I was out of state. It's not often that any home service visit is earlier than the scheduled time. The technician did a full tune-up, including adjusting the rails which had been installed too tightly (new home constructed 2 years ago with garage door installed by a different overhead door company). I had long thought the door was too noisy; however, I couldn't see any obvious problems with it. The expert technician easily saw and fixed the issue. He was also personable and efficient. I called and explained that they made a mistake by installing unequal sized springs and was told they're not sure they can warranty their work. I'll be doing it myself and won't ever recommend D&L.
