He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective.
