AAA - Hole Our family has been AAA auto club members as far…read moreback as I can remember and even before I was born some 70 years ago. A few months ago I received a letter from the President of the AAA ,!I remember thinking oh what's this? Maybe the president of AAA is thanking me for my loyalty to the AAA and continuing to be a AAA member all my life! Perhaps I would receive a special loyalty card for all my years of loyalty to them?,NOPE! Instead...It's a " goodbye Charlie letter." We've audited your account and determined that your usage of towing was an inappropriate amount of towing usage." My son and I both are on the account and we have 2 vehicles, 1 vehicles each. His car and my truck. His letter gave no options to fix the matter, just sorry Charlie, you are banned from our Auto Club. We are entitled 4-Tows per year and that's the exact amount of tows We used.I wrote a letter back to their big man and President ( AAA-Hole ) He didn't have the decency to answer my letter and questions ! Just ignored me. Every time you enter your information on their app, Name, vehicle license plate number, location, etc. AAA refers to that as a request for a tow. You are requesting a tow, within a few minutes they respond on your app and let you know most of the time, your request has been approved! I have had times when they apologized and say that they don't have any tow trucks in the area to send out for you. I've had to call friends instead. We have had quite a few Blizzards here in North Dakota. Once, I was stuck on the Interstate in a drift. Their driver called me back, He was calling from my town about 5 miles away from where I was stuck in a huge drift, I told the driver that if He'd come out for me and hook his winch to my back bumper and pull me back about six feet, I'd have contact to the road and I would be able to drive my truck home. His response was: " Nope, I'm not going outdoors it's too cold and they expect another blizzard tonight." Yeah I know, I'm sitting here stuck in my truck and it's extremely cold, I need your help, that is your job!" "Sorry, I'm not going out in this weather." He hung up on me! Thanks so much AAA- Hole
