No one likes going to the dentist, but this place makes it so much less bleh of an experience for my little one.

They were not open when the opening hour was posted, when their phone was finally answered an hour later, the receptionist just complained about how busy they were and they were backed up and she would call if they could work me in. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for that call back. Now, about Dr. Rose--I was not his patient, but his receptionist took the details and called back within a half-hour, saying to come in, let the dentist take a look, and they would try to get it fixed that day. I went in a little after 1 p.m., left the tooth and the upper plate, and was called at 4 p.m. to come in and be checked for fit and bite. My denture was repaired within three hours! I was so pleased, relieved, and happy! My husband was scheduled for teeth cleaning at the former Dr. Bryan's office, and when he went in he was given a three page form to sign which basically said whatever happens, it ain't our fault. He politely declined, came home and called Dr. Rose's office and was scheduled for cleaning two days later because of a cancellation. He came home smiling--friendly, caring staff, competent dentist with a sense of humor, and ultra-clean facilities. I highly recommend Dr. Rose for anyone needing a dentist.

Was told that it would be just a minute or two before we were taken to the x-ray room. 40 minutes later, we were still waiting in the exam room with ZERO contact or communication from staff. During that 40 minute period staff filled all of the other exam room, cycled multiple patients through the x-ray room and multiple (2) appointments were completed (patients checked out).... I gathered my daughters and walked out..... Can't / won't comment on quality of care as we never got that far. Will say that scheduling / coordinating seems to be an issue. Terrible first impression, looking for a new Pediatric Dentist.

She called back to see if they came in, nothing Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and now Valentine. They are blaming everything on COVID. That is no excuse. I am not her daughter but she raised me. Mind you without the top she is eating only soups. She is loosing weight and didn't get to enjoy the holidays with family. So I call yesterday and I know the laws for HIPPA as my husband was Chief of Police. I just wanted to check and see if they could refund me and they could not tell me I can not talk to them they just hung up. And this was an Angela and she told me she was Management. I have been offered multiple different solutions that all did not offer getting the problem fixed. My orthodontist Dr. Geshey (Brazos Braces) who is Dr. GATLIN's fiancé has been amazing and contacted Mr. GATLIN about my condition and he got me connected to Dr. Arango in Dallas to will do the maliofacial surgery to fix my jaw and give me a total joint replacement. Last week I went to Dr. GATLIN to get my wisdom tooth pulled. The whole procedure went super smooth and he called to check up on me later. It healed super fast and the whole experience although not the funnest was great thanks to Dr. GATLIN and his wonderful staff. Thank you to all the folks who work at Brazos Facial Oral Surgery!!! They also give you a nice goody bag with all the stuff you will need to make life bearable the week after your extraction!

I am a self-admitted chicken. I hate going to the dentist and I am extremely afraid of needles. So…read moremuch so that I put off having my wisdom teeth removed for 2 years just to avoid getting an IV, which lead me to Dr. Warren and his fabulous staff. Everyone at Heart of the Brazos was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The office is very clean and I felt well taken care of from the moment I checked in to the time I left after my procedure. Dr. Warren clearly explained how the procedure would go, what to expect afterwards, and what I needed to do once I got home. Thankfully the nurse who did my IV (I think her name was Darla) was extremely gentle and I didn't feel a thing. A couple days after my surgery I ended up getting dry sockets (which are very painful) and Dr. Warren was nice enough to see me that same day to relieve my pain and make sure everything would heal properly. I don't ever WANT to have oral surgery again but if I ever need it, Dr. Warren and Heart of the Brazos will definitely be my first choice.
