Zach's response is PARTIALLY true... his original Quote was…read moremuch higher than anyone else so I chose to go with a different "company". They did poor quality work and refused to fix anything after receiving my money (the other company). So I reached out to Window depot in hopes that they could fix the gutter. That part of what Zach said, is true. The part that he conveniently omitted form his half true Yelp reply was: He did agree to fix the gutter and told me it would be $200. He also told me that I didn't have $200 worth of work but that he doesn't stock 5" gutter hangers so he had to buy a pack of 100 hangers to complete the repair and then pay his guys to bring the scaffolding to the site, set it up, etc. so he was charging me $200. I agreed to have them complete the repair for $200 because as anyone in rural 72088 knows... there are hardly any contractors and most (not all) of the ones that are there don't have the work ethic to complete a job properly in exchange for their payment. Zach then went radio silent and stopped responding which is when his office told me he became very ill after our arrangement to get the job done. (I even put the leaf guards out for him and texted him the picture). The lady at the office then tried to change the price to $300 even though Zach "the owner" via Yelp told me $200. Either way, $200 or $300, they never followed through or even called me back to discuss what was going on. This was back in June. It's now almost October and my house is less than 2 miles from the Window Depot store. Thanks Zach for telling the partial truth but I see a pattern forming here of 1/2 truths and not being trustworthy. Best of luck.

I hired them to cut a few difficult trees that were hanging over my deck and house. They got a…read morebucket truck out there and all kinds of equipment then got the job done quickly and safely. The house was not hurt and they cleaned up their mess. I am more than happy with the quality of work. The price was fair and the communication was great from the first call. I did have to wait 2 weeks to get the job done but that's usually the normal with contractors around here.
