This is approximately the 4th or 5th time I've placed an online order with Michael's in Holmdel,…read moreand part or all of my order was canceled siting "out of stock'" even though it was "available" when I placed the order. This time, however, I did not even receive a text nor email that my item was canceled. I checked the status on the website to find out it was canceled. Interestingly enough, I used gift cards and charge card to pay for the ONE item, my money was taken IMMEDIATELY, but I'm still waiting for my REFUND. They have my money, I have NOTHING except, once again, aggravation.
