The major downside to The Store is some of the staff are not very nice and the owner is disagreeable. Some of the staff is great just to be fair. They made a minor mistake on a delivery, which was no big deal...BUT when i stopped by to get the problem rectified the owner gave me every excuse why the mistake happened as apposed to just saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience". All the random BS she gave me was so irrelevant and just made the situation worse. The conversation snowballed into her getting defensive and following me out of the store and into the parking lot. After weeks of working with one of their sales people, I dared to ask for a sketch of what my $3,000 drapes would look like after realizing I was under a misconception. I also got stuck paying separately for the measure and learned the same would hold true for the installation. Information NOT told to me! So $3,000 does not include the measurements to properly create the drapes nor install. Lastly, I expressed the desire to move forward ASAP in the hopes the drapes could be hung before Christmas. Truly outrageous of me. Apparently. I now have measurements that are useless to me because why would anyone in their right mind rely on someone else's information other than their own to create these drapes! I requested a refund since THEY have decided not to move forward and I received my $75 measurements instead. Let me say that I am not a difficult person and as I worked through numerous fabric choices I kept thanking the woman for her patience and this is what I got in return.
