I was fine with that understanding that things happen. Being that her shop is only a few minutes from my house, I decided to stay a home to work until I seen her text message. When I she texted me and told me she was ready. I responded back to her message. I received another message from Tyenisha stating she only had until 12:50. I responded back that I was On my way! When I got in the shop, there was little to no greeting. Again I get it. We all have our days. She had the nerve to tell me I would be charged a 10.00 late fee. Confused very much so because she was the one who stated she would be late. How funny right? Originally I was going to suck up the late fee. I usually tip 10.00 anyway so that would have been the tip. The kicker for me was, just trying to have this so called business owner understand it from the consumers perspective. There was a miscommunication with the text messages. Instead of letting me explain, she got very defensive and went into the little petty nice nasty tone talking about her late policy. Tyenisha was informed I'm not disputing her policy at all. From one business owner to the next I get it. I'm only talking about the accuracy and principle of her logic. Nonetheless she still offered to do my facial but told me my time would be cut short. Again she was running late (lol). At that point I didn't even feel comfortable or feel the need to give this trashy ass girl my business. I told her to keep the deposit and I let. As I'm walking to my car, she had the nerve to charge me an additional fee of 22.50. As I started previously, from one business owner to the next I respect everyone's hustle. I also try to support black owned businesses. This was low down and dirty! It means nothing to the public if you have a great product. You have to have the attitude to back it up. She sucks! she seems to be money hungry! Ladies find someone better. Someone who is realistic and rational. I wouldn't never recommend her for nothing.

All I have to say is good luck to them - they may want to remain positive and pleasant not only at the beginning but also at the end of a customers' experience.
