I questioned her on the price and she said oh it's $30 I should've told you before I started. Why was this 50% more than what is posted online ?! I came home and looked on her website again and it says $20. I still left of her a generous tip anyway. While she was doing my service. I felt like the conversation was forced. It was a bit uncomfortable I felt she really had no interest in getting to know me as a potential new client. I mentioned I was interested in a lash service as well & she didn't even offer to book me or say if she had time today while I was there. Ehhhh was my experience. I see they do hair here & said the hair products smell so good. That would've been a good opening to say- "you should get your hair done here" I would've booked a cut & color if the vibe was more warm & welcoming. I need a place that does all these things & it's unfortunate it won't be this place.

My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.

Well over a decade ago my mom got Botox from someone in NJ and her eye drooped and it made me a bit apprehensive, even though my forehead has extremely defined deep wrinkles due to having a very expressive face. Christina was quick to respond to my first message, and promptly schedule a friend and I to go in together for a consult and subsequent injections. She answered any/all questions we had professionally and with evident experience that put me at ease. The whole experience was great. We left smiling and excited for our next trip. Christina doesn't push you to get anything that you don't need, and I trusted her judgement with what and where I should get injections to start. I'll be going back this week, two months after my initial visit since my body seems to metabolize the Botox fairly quickly - and I had started with a small amount anyway. I'm no longer anxious to get Botox with Christina, because she very quickly gained my trust and I loved the results. I had 12 units in between my eyebrows for the 11's, 12 units across a few spots for my horizontal forehead lines, and 4 units on either side of my eyes for crows feet.
