For my appointment, I had the last one of the day on a Wednesday and I was the only bride trying on dresses. They had quite a selection of dresses to try on and most were what I was looking for. The bridal stylist I worked with was Brigitta who was very patient and wonderful. She worked with me to understand what I liked in a dress and if I was not liking a feature. She took my opinion into consideration especially when out in front of my family I brought who had loud opinions. Online and from what I found, the dresses were all under $2,000 just as advertised. I unfortunately did not get my dress here but would definitely recommend this shop.

The lady the recommend that comes in for alterations was very rude and condescending to my 18-year-old daughter who was paying for everything by herself. No one told us ahead of time that she only took cash and she basically said that she does not deal with children. I have a very responsible and independent 18-year-old daughter at home and she would not deal with because she was there for a prom dress alteration. She kept referring to her as a "child". I will definitely go back for dresses but I will take my alterations business elsewhere

I gave them a chance even after that and after this second time we will never return and I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the past six years there. It's crazy to think that as a business owner you would be absolutely rude to a customer that you have seen every single year that was willing to put money into your store.

The value is there if you can find something you like though. Oh, I will say, I didn't like having to wait outside of the building until they were ready for me. As other people have noted, you can't touch or look at any of the dresses so the experience depends on the stylist picking things out. I think this model is weird because the stylist clearly did not understand what I was communicating even though I had pictures and described what I wanted. The worker called me well in advance to ask me about my venue, style of dresses I like, etc. then, on the day I went for the dress, the stylist asked me the same questions again. What was the point of that ten minute call. I also told the lady and the person on the phone I want a certain style of dress. They kept on bringing out random dresses in styles I told them I did not like. After an hour of politely trying on dresses I didn't like, she said she didn't have any dresses in the style I like. If this is the case then I don't know why they didn't just say that and we both could have saved our time. There was not a lot of selection and it also took forever because she was looking for dresses as we met instead of preparing beforehand so there were long pauses. Maybe come here if you want to try on a variety of styles and are okay with long pauses between trying things on. After having to do alterations and dry cleaning the obviously worn dresses, I'm not sure you are saving money by buying a sample dress either. The dresses were not cheap.

My sister went with her two friends to shop for their prom. The woman told them they better be able to afford the dresses or they couldn't try the them on. My sister and her friends were shocked; however, the dresses in the window were very pretty so they stayed. My sister was having trouble tying the back of a dress since she was alone in the fitting room so the Asian woman came to help her. The dress fit her somewhat tight which was what she was looking for, but woman told her she was too big for the dress and needed to get a bigger size. My sister is not even curvy or heavy set. She can home in tears. She showed me a picture of her in the dress and she looked beautiful. Shame on this place.

The dress I bought could have been 500 dollars at other stores and I got it for 300 no tax, and it was a big ball gown! They have dresses in there that are much cheaper than that and they're willing to work with you on the price. I'm defiantly coming back next year to get my senior dress!

I swore I picked an ivory underline but they kept telling me I didn't. I asked to see the notes and the guy up front was extremely rude. He insisted that they don't keep notes since I paid for my dress in full the day I picked it. I am so disappointed with the dress I picked up (second photo). I have been absolutely crushed over it. I feel like I got the cheap version of what I wanted.
