I liked that they had food and drink options (we didn't partake) and they had a lot of options for full-figured women which is sometimes rare in bridal. Thanks to Hayley, my sister found the dress of her dreams and the veil to match! Since we're from out of town, Hayley triple checked all the details and made sure we knew the next steps. For my appointment, I had the last one of the day on a Wednesday and I was the only bride trying on dresses. They had quite a selection of dresses to try on and most were what I was looking for. The bridal stylist I worked with was Brigitta who was very patient and wonderful. She worked with me to understand what I liked in a dress and if I was not liking a feature. She took my opinion into consideration especially when out in front of my family I brought who had loud opinions. Online and from what I found, the dresses were all under $2,000 just as advertised. I have a very responsible and independent 18-year-old daughter at home and she would not deal with because she was there for a prom dress alteration. She kept referring to her as a "child". I gave them a chance even after that and after this second time we will never return and I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the past six years there. As other people have noted, you can't touch or look at any of the dresses so the experience depends on the stylist picking things out. I think this model is weird because the stylist clearly did not understand what I was communicating even though I had pictures and described what I wanted. The worker called me well in advance to ask me about my venue, style of dresses I like, etc. then, on the day I went for the dress, the stylist asked me the same questions again. What was the point of that ten minute call. I also told the lady and the person on the phone I want a certain style of dress. They kept on bringing out random dresses in styles I told them I did not like. After an hour of politely trying on dresses I didn't like, she said she didn't have any dresses in the style I like. If this is the case then I don't know why they didn't just say that and we both could have saved our time. There was not a lot of selection and it also took forever because she was looking for dresses as we met instead of preparing beforehand so there were long pauses. Maybe come here if you want to try on a variety of styles and are okay with long pauses between trying things on. After having to do alterations and dry cleaning the obviously worn dresses, I'm not sure you are saving money by buying a sample dress either. The dresses were not cheap.

My daughter tried on a floor sample that fit her, and the exact same size was ordered. When her brand-new gown arrived, it was approximately 1 1/2 inches from closing. She had gained about five pounds, which we never denied, but no one adequately addressed the significant difference in fit between a heavily tried-on floor sample and a brand-new gown. It wasn't our job to know how repeated try-ons might affect the fit of a sample gown. It was their job, as experienced bridal professionals, to account for that and make sure the correct size was ordered--not simply order the same size because the floor sample fit. That is exactly why you rely on professionals when purchasing a wedding gown. General Manager Tina Minshall took my daughter's measurements. When my daughter asked, "Did I go up a size? What are we looking at?" she was told she had "gained an inch and a half in your back area." Her additional questions went largely unanswered, and she was essentially told the gown would have to be altered. The way this was handled was dismissive and insensitive. My daughter left in tears. What should have been a joyful experience trying on her wedding gown with her family instead left her embarrassed and feeling terrible about herself. We never asked for money, a refund or free alterations. I wrote directly to the owners about what happened, hoping simply for an acknowledgment or apology. Weeks later, I have received absolutely no response. After six wedding-dress purchases, our family's loyalty ends here. I have another daughter who will eventually need a wedding gown and several granddaughters behind her. Bridal & Formal will no longer be where our family shops. A dress can be altered. The memory of watching your daughter cry during what should have been a wonderful family moment is much harder to fix.

Absolutely insanely bad, and all the dresses had to be taken off the rack and they were all out of season and wore down. I truly can't believe how much better this bridal studio was. We were even allowed to touch the dresses and look at them, whereas at the Queen's lace we weren't even allowed to look or touch them. And, our stylist there didn't care what we wanted. Whereas Chloe took such good care of us. She let us grab them and she pulled good ones too, she catered and took care of us so well. We will be back!!!
