Well... the floors were FILTHY, I mean I cleaned the grout with Tilex and a mop; the bathrooms were left filthy, I cleaned them with Tilex and a mop; the doors were filthy, again - Tilex and a rag (no mop this time!). I reached out to Dylan and asked him why he didn't clean... no response. I text him again - silence. They are truly scammers $500 pissed away. There's an old saying that goes The Lord doesn't pay on Saturdays, but by Sunday he has no debts; basically what goes around comes around. They may not have cleaned at any time over the 12 years. The Property Managers paid little attention and, through lack of attention, contributed to the awful condition of the house. While the inside of the house was a serious disaster, the yard was seriously overgrown and had not been attended to in a long time. Fortunately, we found Kayla of Pristine Home Services. She bravely agreed to clean the house and quoted us a very reasonable price. We wanted to sell the house quickly, and when we let Kayla know, she jumped into the project and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house appliances. She even went and rented a carpet cleaning machine and cleaned the carpet. Kayla went well beyond what would have been reasonable for a job of this size. Yes, we did pay her extra for the fine job. I will include a few before and after pictures. In addition, her partner is a landscaper and provided a quote for cleaning the yards, which again was reasonable. Jeffery did a great job of taking care of the overgrown mess. Jeffery was great, but the true hero in this review is Kayla. My Wife and I cannot recommend Kayla and Pristine Home Services enough.
