My Fad was visiting from out of town and his hearing aid went out. When I called they were very friendly and said just come in. Dad went in ad they put his hearing-aid in the cleaning machine and returned it to him. He could hear again! No charge at all. read more

I have to make appointments to get my hearing aids serviced if I just walk on they will let there helper clean them and the last time she cut the tip off my ear mold and the housing now has a large deep scratch in it . read more
