Never have I ever been to a specialist's office where they are completely rude and have no clue what's going on. It is THE MOST disorganized office. I was completely blown off my front desk staff and Mark, the audiologist, for 2 months. I went to my first appointment in Feb. I was told that I would have my hearing aids in a week. I got them today. Insurance paid for them in March. This has been the worst experience ever!! read more

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Took my 90 year old grandmother to get her hearing aids replaced since she doesn't have a car on her own. They scheduled her in last minute and got her new aids on rush order. Dr Bentley was incredibly kind and patient, as well as each reception desk lady that helped us check out!! I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone local or in the area. I am a senior citizen with hearing aids in both ears. Yesterday my left hearing aid wasn't working and the 3 clics on my smart phone showed that I wasn't connected. I had an alert that I had and update on my phone. I didn't know how to fix it so I called and asked for Dr. Bentley to help me, which he has always been ready to do. The left little filter was blocked but the update on my phone which I did earlier was the main culprit. He told me to totally shut off my phone and wait a bit and it might correct itself. I had an immediate appt. today at 9:30. By 9:41 I was on my way home with both ears working. Thank you Livingston and Dr. Bentley for taking care of me. You are 100% in my book.
