When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. It took 2 people 3 hrs to clean a 1 person occupied apartment with less than 1300 sq ft (2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathrooms, very small kitchen, and dining/living room space) and no pets. I was charged $270. My oven cleaning was waived because they had to cancel the first appointment. (-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns. (-)I didn't inform the cleaning service but I had LED string lights around some furniture that were positioned in February '17 and upon my return home they were no longer working.

The ladies that come to clean do everything, from cleaning the bathrooms and toilets to vacuuming all floors. But they don't clean with attention to detail, which is strange because I see another reviewer wrote that the ladies folded the toilet rolls nicely for them whereas for us, they left it in the uneven rip the toilet paper roll was last left in. Whatever, because I could care less about that. The very first time they came to clean, they didn't wipe all the bathroom items down all the way, so it took for us to request for them to wipe those down more thoroughly for that to happen. Also, as I mentioned above, counter top surfaces aren't wiped down meticulously. I noticed the area where we usually eat on the kitchen counter top still had tiny food crumbs/spills, which were easily wiped away when I went over that area and wiped it down. I expect thoroughness over speed. We switched cleaning ladies and companies, and the previous ladies made sure to clean and wipe down all surfaces spotlessly, so maybe that's why I am being so particular. I don't think I'm asking for too much though, so I'm on the hunt for a better cleaning company.

I called MaidPro for a "move out" cleaning for my rental property and the girl I spoke to was very…read morenice and I explained to her what I needed done in the house. I had pretty much cleaned the whole house myself but I really needed someone to give the oven a good cleaning, windex the windows, clean one kitchen windowsill and clean my laundry room floor in the basement. There was nothing in the house, not one piece of furniture, it had just been painted, I was getting the carpets steam cleaned and I cleaned all the bathrooms and dusted myself. I was quoted a price of roughly $300, which I agreed to and made an appointment. When they called me to confirm the appointment and go over what I needed done, I found out the oven would be an extra $75.00 and they didn't clean windows, only windowsills. I was a little disappointed because that's not what I was originally told but went ahead with the cleaning and paid the extra $75.00 as well as a tip for the maids - everything came to almost $400.00. When I went to my house the next day I was shocked, everything I had asked them to do had not been done or they did a terrible job. The windowsill I needed cleaned was not cleaned, the oven was not cleaned well at all (I had to spend an hour myself recelaning it) and my laundry room floor was not swept. Of course they marked everything down on their Maid Pro Checklist stating it had been done! When I called the office with my complaint and concerns, the woman was not helpful at all, she made excuses, said the windowsill was hard to reach, they really weren't supposed to clean basement floors and in her words after I sent her a picture of the oven "it could have been cleaned better". She then said she would send out another crew the next day but due to my employment I wasn't able to meet them to let them in and I also didn't have good faith that they would do a proper job. I then asked for a PARTIAL refund, not FULL and she said no, the company does not give any refunds. I then asked to speak to the Manager and received the standard response, "there is no Manager, I run the office", I asked her for the owners name and telephone number, after her being very rude and unprofessional she finally gave me their names but would not give me any other information. She told me if I had a complaint to send it to the general email box. This was the worst cleaning company I ever used! I have many friends who own rental properties as well as realtors and I have advised them all not to use Maid Pro. Poor service all around.
