She didn't seem annoyed by my nervousness. Instead she reassured me and made sure I knew that she was listening to my concerns. She gave great suggestions and took care to make sure that I agreed before even touching my hair. I am overjoyed to say that my hair cut is lovely. It even still looks long! I went back and she tried to blame it on two shampoos using Pantene. Sorry, but to blame it on that instead of possibly that you left me under the dryer for an extreme amount of time and didn't check my hair very often while you went to the back. As I was sitting there, I was getting concerned as no other person every giving me a perm left me sitting that long under a dryer. Needless to say my hair got extremely damaged by this failed perm. I believe it was due to carelessness and lack of knowledge. It has been over four months later and I am still trying to "fix" her mistake. She did not own that she wasn't monitoring timewise, etc. She was very defensive and even got her mom to blame using Pantene shampoo twice (two times, not more than that). I got the impression that she did not take the time to check type of hair and ask questions about hair history prior to giving a perm. Save yourself a bad hair experience and go anywhere else!

Would have me move so she could perform cuts or quick colors WHILE applying mine. She often left the room or the building for long periods of time. And even after seeing how horrendous the color turned out and how badly my scalp had been chemically burned she still charged be and charged me FULL PRICE. If you value your hair, your scalp, and your money DO NOT ever go to this salon.

Not only did I leave the salon $80 poorer and with black hair but I had very dark hair dye ALL over my forehead/sides of face and neck! When asked if it could be removed she recommends using toothpaste when I got home. After a few days of aggressively washing my hair the owner offered to re-dye my hair to fix it. Although she did fix it I would have appreciated an offer of a refund or partial refund for all the unnecessary stress / travel/ and time to correct something that should have been simple to do the first time around.
