I have been here many times now. It's a great reflexology for the price. It is a bit awkward and off putting when walking in but you are fully clothed so 100% privacy isn't necessary. I also do not mind not having small talk. There are curtains in between each station and they will give you a towel if you are cold. I would recommend coming in loose shorts and a tank top or big t shirt. They will offer a large basket next to the table for your belongings. read more

Am so disappointed that they allowed a worker who was sick to provide the service. I got sick, my partner got sick for no reason other than someone who was very sick working without a mask. There is no excuse in this type of business to have someone who is sick working so closely with people. I asked him if he was sick but suspect English is limited. We had been traveling and wanted some relief, so we booked a 90 minute experience. 30 minutes focused on your neck and hands, 30 minutes on your legs/feet and 30 minutes on your back. And we're so happy we found a true reflexology spa that lives up to its name! I purchased their current special of 2 reflexology massages for 90 minutes for $90. Great deal for the quality massage we received. It was amazing! We weren't sure what to expect because although it had many great reviews it also had some valid bad ones. We were pleased to be pleasantly surprised. They spent a good amount of time on each body part and hit all pressure points. The hot stones were a sweet surprise! Service was good and prompt. One bad apple ruined the whole experience and the potential for returning families of four or more per family. My husband and I were visiting from California. My in laws live in Prescott Valley. My in laws never experienced a foot massage. So I booked 6 chairs at this location and made arrangements with the owner for payment and tip. One of the massage ladies thought she was only going to get a Cash Tip - from the family member but in fact she was given an additional tip from the credit card payment of 20 % more for her tip. I did not have a problem with it and was going to give her more until she shouted FUCK You in English and said other profanity in mandarin.... Not nice at All ..... read more

I have been going to the Amazing Foot Spa for 4 years and love it. The prices are reasonable and and I have been able to find certain workers who cater to my type of massage. I can get a full body massage fully clothed and it is wonderful! I highly recommend them and will continue to go to them as long as they are in business! In particular Amy and Tony can give deep massage therapy how I prefer it. The owners are great. The only drawback is many of the workers don't speak much English, but they understand words like 'harder' or 'softer' while giving a massage. If you pre-buy a card with massages on it, you get a free massage at the end and a hour long massage is only $30 an hour. read more

Very eager to please, I had two people switch off massaging me. The first woman was very gentle and I repeatedly asked for a little more pressure. Boy, I got more than I asked for. The second one was a man- the one who was at the front desk when I came in. I got a vigorous massage that bordered painful. I know they tried hard and the massage price was lower than ME even with tip, but it was hard to communicate and get what I wanted. Also, there's a lack of privacy between clients. The second masseuse tried to shove my shirt over my head to signal the end of the massage. If you are ok with a non closing curtain, then come here. I have been back, but for a foot massage after a week of hiking. I liked the foot massage, way better than the full body massage, so my toes give a "thumbs up." Stick with the foot services. Prescott valley site is quieter than maybe willow creek road site. I have visited quite a few timea both sites. Both are really clean. I have a 1 hour full body massage. You keep your clothes on and the therapists massage through or place their hands underneath your clothes. I always wear sports gear so its easy for them and better for me. Last time I had Lisa and she was amazing. I have already rebooked to see her in 2 weeks time.. They also do a special where if you pay up front you get 1 massage free. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Came in on 12/10 for an hour massage with my friend. The workers were strict with enforcing masks (which I am okay with) but when the lady came over to start, she wasn't wearing a mask herself, hypocrisy. Oh well, I just wanted a good 1 hour massage. I normally get good massages here but this time they were simply pressing on our backs. About 15-20 minutes in, we didn't want to finish it, as the workers were still pressing lightly even after we tried to explain how to do a deep tissue massage. We got up, we didn't want to endure the pressing for another 40 minutes. As we were leaving, we tipped the employees because we didn't want to leave them empty handed even though it was the worst experience of our lives. The employees said that we had to pay for a half hour, even though we only got 20 horrible minutes. The employees got the owner on FaceTime and he proceeded to say that we had to pay for an hour and that we were wrong. "You pay whether it's good or not!" He said very rudely. I just wanted to leave, so I pulled out a voucher for a free hour massage to pay for it as I would never return. He then told me that we couldn't use it, even though it hadn't expired, was for their business, and was completely valid. He was angry and I told him to call the police and we left. Horrible business ripping people off! read more

My wife and I tried Amazing Foot Spa for their "OMG" massage package, which was to include foot reflexology. Our experiences here were not good at all. There was no reflexology done at all. The communication and the environment itself was terrible. There is no privacy with the way things are laid out. There are only curtains between your work space and the others on each side of you. People were constantly talking, in their language and walking past your space. There was a small girl around 5 years of age, peeking around the curtains, and running around the facility. She is the daughter of one of the workers there. The lady working on me could not speak english and made no real efforts to communicate or ask me about any specific massage needs or area of concern. The short beds, were nothing more than 4-ft platforms, with a four or five inch mattress, which was very uncomfortable. Your legs are dangled off the end of the platform into bucket of warm water, that is place in a large round plastic bucket. The rim of this large plastic bucket was cutting into the back of my calves. My wife experienced the same discomfort. My masseuse was an older lady and clearly was breathing hard throughout my experience. Everything she did seemed hurried and laboring for her. She used mostly fore arms and elbows, which were more gouging. I truly was so uncomfortable and later became very sore in the middle of my back where she seemed to gouge the most with her elbows. We were hoping for a relaxing experience. However, we were both anxious to get this over with. Even the time to pay your bill was difficult. They do not accept credit card payments, only cash or Zelle. When we tried using Zelle, it did not find or recognize the name for billing, that was written out for us to use. So, while I waited in their two chair lobby, my wife drove to an ATM to get the cash to pay our bill. We were gracious and still tipped well, but I would never recommend this place. read more

The massage therapist I had did not speak much English. She did not explain what the process was or communicate with me. I had a 60-minute massage. It started with a foot wash, then reflexology on the feet, then massage on legs, arms, face, head and back. Though she was a small woman, she applied enormous strength to everything she did. The pressure was too strong. It left me bruised on my back. She poured hot oil on my back (without communicating first) and it was so hot I jumped and my skin was red with bumps the next day. The $35 fee for one hour is cheap, but not worth the pain. Just be aware of that a Chinese massage is not the same as a what you normally get. read more

If you've never had an Asian/Thai foot massage, you are absolutely depriving yourself of one of the finest experiences on the planet. And this place delivers a fantastic foot massage. So if you have had Thai style foot massage before, you will not be disappointed. "Foot" massage is a bit of a misnomer. Of course, do you get your feet massaged. However, your head, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and back receive a lot of attention as well. As with all Asian style massage, your back is treated last, not first as with western massages. This is a much more effective way of addressing tension in the back, by first working all the areas "connected" to the back rather than endlessly stroking tight back muscles as in Swedish massage. The studio is very unpretentious but also very clean and quiet. I look forward to returning here in a regular basis. read more

My husband and I were visiting the area and discovered this place when we stopped by the grocery store to pick up some last minute groceries. ************* It's a small family owned business. The place is small and cozy. We were able to sit side by side while we got our massages. "Lucy" worked on my husband and "Rick" worked on me. ************* We started off with soaking our feet in a tub of warm water. The massage started at the top of our head and moved down from there. Wonderful service! I stopped in for a 30 min foot massage. It was amazingly relaxing and therapeutic because she (co-owner with her husband) uses reflexology techniques.
