I booked a deep Thai couples massage for me and my sister same day as service. They also welcome walk ins. We were greeted with tea and a very comfy couch while we registered and they set up. Both of our massages were very similar with deep, targeted pressure. The table, stones, oil, lotion, towels, were all heated and as a big woman the table was very supportive and comfortable. We got complementary fruit and water after. Two things they could have done better: communication and technology. The music kept skipping which took me out of the experience and we had no idea what to do next due to a language barrier and ended up not drinking the tea due to not knowing what was in it. read more

Such a wonderful experience! My honey and I did the couples 60 minute massage and it was amazing. The customer service was excellent and they went over our hour to finish the service. The masseuse my honey had even shared some stretches and exercises for him to practice in the future. They offered tea and water at the beginning and end. I am guessing that this establishment changed management in the past year or so. I've been coming to this location for years and I regret to admit that my most recent appointment was the first in which I have been dissatisfied with my experience. The masseuse who was assigned to me was less than professional during the massage. Early on in the session she began to complain over minor and insignificant disturbances and actually suggested that I leave given how easily irritated she was. She was not very communicative at any point during the massage and I did not feel that I was appreciated as a customer. What's more, at no point in the massage did she even listen to my instructions to target my lower back area. Not only did I make this clear to her at the beginning of the massage, I had also clearly indicated the lower-back area on the intake form as well. The main purpose for this appointment was to get help with my lower back, and yet it went completely and totally ignored. Finally, the appointment ended prematurely for some reason that was not made explicitly clear. This woman barked at me and told me that it was because I was "late"; I arrived less than 5 minutes past the hour and yet she proceeded to waste extra time with an unrequested foot bath. Thankfully she did only charge me for the 50 minutes of time in session, and that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. That said, after 6 years of visiting this establishment I regret to admit that I do not believe I will be returning again any time soon. read more

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and comfortable with an immediate calming effect. I have been getting Thai Massages from this location and their location in Prescott for almost 3 years. I have tried all variations of massages and this is by far my favorite massage! It's a mix between yoga stretches, massage, "acupuncture" (not litterally, referring to their techniques) and relaxation. They work out my problem spots and leave me feeling energized but relaxed. I have really tight hips that make it hard to let my legs relax and walking uneven (left leg longer than right leg).
