We have a tool to shut off the water at the meter but we could not get it to work. We called Rub A Dub Plumbing who told us that all of their service techs were on jobs but they would route us one as soon as possible. Sure enough they got their tech, Michael, in less than an hour and he was very efficient and professional and he worked until aftter dark to get our problem resloved. We are very happy with Rub A Dub Plumbing.

I got a visit from the city and shut off my water due to a leak coming from an unknown place. I…read morecalled a well-known plumbing service, the man who came by concluded in about 2 minutes that it was a sprinkler leak and that it would be cheaper to call a sprinkler service company. I did that, thought my problems were solved, but within an hour of having the water on the leak was back. I then decided to give Rub A Dub a try. Aaron came by and, unlike the other two, went to work to find the leak. After some bush-cutting and rock moving, he determined the connection between my copper and PVC pipes had broken in the yard, and he repaired the fitting promptly. Thank you very much for your help.
