Update: 4-6-26 We had to once again call the dryer company,…read morewe were told he would reach out within 24/48 hrs that was over a week ago! Still haven't heard from him!!! This is beyond unprofessional at this point. What was supposed to be a simple dryer repair has turned into the biggest headache and cost us our deposit. Save yourself the problem and avoid at all cost. Don't use him, his very unprofessional. When he does actually show up or answer the phone. We had to use him through warranty for a dryer repair, he damaged my dryer, washer and my wall then lied and tried to blame the company I bought the dryer from. Its been over 2 months (Jan 29 is then this happen) we've heard nothing back. His had the parts since shortly after he caused the damages according to the our dryer company. Never even tried to make it right or fix the damages HE caused.
