They sanded down a few of the bedrooms that already had hardwood, and there is a clear discoloration in the wood surrounding the perimeter of the rooms. It's very noticeable. On top of that, I've never seen hardwoods that dent so easily (where the new wood was put in). I've dropped a cup in the kitchen and it put a huge dent in the floor. Everyday things that should not scuff up wood floors put dents in these floors. 1 year after installation my entire kitchen and living room look like absolute shit because we used these guys. (We've barely lived in the house and the floors look like trash). Putting rugs down. Never again. From now on we'll do it ourselves, there's no way it could come out any worse.

Whoever they sent or contracted didn't install properly at all. Carpet began buckling within 6 months. This wasn't a high traffic area and no kids and no shoes were in the carpet. Tried contacting several times via phone and email without response. after a year the carpet looks like it is 15 years old. finally chose to replace it all with vinyl and another company. didn't find out until we went to install it that the carpet put on our hardwood stairs were nailed into with about a hundred staples in each of the stair backs, sides and tread part. Ruining the hardwood stairs as they drove huge amounts of staples into the tread parts of all the stairs. We had NO idea they had done this at the time and they removed the original carpet so they saw how it was previously installed so they KNEW better than to damage wood flooring with hundreds of large staples! Never again! Not happy to find this was done and that when we tried to get a response with the carpet they ignored our contacting them. they never came out to see the work when it was done to check up n who they sent if they would have seen the carpet alone wasn't done right!

He was the only contractor who told me he would be able to add a pocket door to increase the useable size of the bathroom. Demo was a breeze and after every work day, Victor and team would clean the area around the bathroom so there was no dust or things in the way and I could continue using those areas normally. The tile work and wood finish work of the trim, moulding and chair rail and around the pocket door is top notch! Victor custom made a vanity and shelving based on ideas we both came up with, and it is perfect and functional for the space in the bathroom.
