Waited a week and did not hear back, so I called them again. They again told me that the form system is the way to go. I told the person on the phone that is what I did and he managed to find my "lost" proposal request. After he found it, he said an estimator would contact me to schedule something at my earliest convenience. No one ever called.

The first part of the job was completed on the same day (invoice paid) with the understanding that the 2nd part will be completed on April 16, 2021. I contacted Tim on April 16 and I was told due to a conflict with other jobs and rain, the cutting of the branch will have to be postponed for April 23. On April 23, I contacted Tim again and this time I was told that he had a broken a finger and cannot work for the next 4 weeks. Since then I have attempted to contact Tim (between May 19 and May 23) via text messages, company's phone, and the company's (Beaver Tree Service, Inc.) contact webpage, but I did not get any replies to either modalities. I would adjust this review when the company will return to finish the job.

They scratched the floors in about 4 different places. And all in high traffic, high visibility areas. So every time I walk through my hall into the living room I'm greeted with the site of heavily scratched, but otherwise beautiful hardwood floors.
