I was prone to throwing out my back at least every other month back in the day. Friend of mine (who has run a handful of marathons including the Boston Marathon) suggested going to CSC and going to Josh. The first meeting with josh he said and I quote "My job is to rehab you, equip you with home exercises to do on your own and to get you to heal and not have to see me so much." I was hooked and knew that he didn't want to just take my money and just "adjust" me for the sake of adjusting me (if that makes sense) He worked on me and my lower back pain went away. Fast fwd to now and I come to josh when I have a nagging pain that just won't go away. He's thorough, asks tons of questions and super nice and easy to talk to. He has two locations and the one I go to is in South Park across from All American Burger. Staff is nice and friendly too! Love CSC

The Physical Therapist's make it a point to open a line of communication between all parties involved in an athlete's recovery which creates an increased sense of importance, care, and accountability for the athletes during a time that is often extremely difficult, both physically and mentally. After my own injury I trusted the PTs at Architech for my recovery. My experience has left me beyond grateful. I will continue to trust Architech with my players and believe me when I say, that is the biggest compliment that I can give.

The staff at check in was great and made the check process easy. I had already filled out most of my information online but check in was smooth. I was quickly called back to an exam room and the attendant was professional and thorough. They explained they would need to take X-rays and that was handled quickly. However, once I got back to the exam room, the doctor took about 45 minutes to come to the room and do the exam and explain the X-rays. He was professional and explained everything in a straightforward manner and answered all of my questions. OrthoCarolina did a great job, it was the wait time that bothered me and there was no apology for the long wait time. I would recommend!

They really know their stuff. Beyond knowing their stuff is their continual dialogue with patients. On each appointment we began discussing how the exercises were working, how I was feeling, what is working or not. Then we would get into planning for that day and going forward. I was involved in the therapy. And we continued in this joint planning over a month of treatments. They administer a tablet form of survey asking about your condition and how it is affecting your life. After the therapy has run its course you complete the same survey, so they have a before and after record of your condition. Impressive and given the people cycling through this practice it was clear that the facility and all the therapists were doing something special. Good resource for most all of us.

My 20-year-old daughter was in a very serious collision on August 3rd where she was in the ER…read moretrauma unit for two days due to a chip fracture and compression of her fourth lumbar vertebrae. The hospital referred us to this establishment for follow up. She was "seen" 16 days later (if you consider a ten minute consult being seen) by Sap Patel, who wasn't able to adequately complete her required medical paperwork, give a straight or definitive answer to any of her questions, and told her that if she wears a big enough hoodie she could potentially drive even though it is illegal for an individual in a back brace to drive because she wouldn't be able to turn to check her blind spots. He could not answer where the broken piece of her vertebrae was and showed no concern for her future well-being since she is young and relatively healthy. The lack of professionalism and concern for her condition was absolutely appalling. She left the appointment feeling that her needs were not important enough for the individual (I refuse to refer to them as a doctor) to even review and take the time to address any of her concerns. We will be following up with her primary care physician who is AMAZING and will ask for a referral to a specialist who actually cares for their patients and provides sound medical advice. I would encourage others to do the same.

They're flexible with appointments (I haven't had any trouble getting in at the times that work best for my schedule). As for the staff, everyone is great. Hayley in particular is fantastic--very personable and down-to-earth--and all of the PT techs who help with stim, ice, etc. are so kind. Greg himself is clearly super knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Thankful to have this place close by!
