Linda at the front desk is phenomenal. She's incredibly sweet, responsive, and professional and helped make my visits there much easier. When I was referred to PIVOT by my primary care doc, I was in intense pain due to an auto accident. While the entire therapist staff is amazing, I got assigned to Katherine and she literally saved my life. She thoroughly treated me for 3 months and my conditions improved dramatically. I would (and have) 10/10 recommend Urbana PIVOT to anyone in need.

This is the prenatal massage I had in mind during my previous experience at another place. Nancy gave me a full body massage but made sure to focus on that evil knot in my lower back. She ended with a foot rub and hot towels on my feet- so rejuvenating. She also asked if I wanted the table heated or not prior to beginning, which was nice I'm always hot. I even had a comfy pillow for my belly and one to keep between my knees. Be warned this is a bare bones establishment. The location is in the rear, bottom floor of a strip mall so I could hear what sounded like furniture being moved around upstairs. But if you don't care about spa frills, you won't find a better massage at a bargain price!
