I'm used to the whole deal - callus removal, exfoliating scrub, generous lotion application, cute polish. Instead I got something I could have done in a footpan at home and for a fraction of the price. (The price is ridiculous). Even the polish was bland - we weren't given the option to do nail art or anything. We were ushered out before our toenails even had time to dry and I ended up having to repaint mine at the hotel that evening before my flight. I went with my friend and they are so understaffed you can't have simultaneous appointments, so we had to go back to back and it was kind of awkward. They have two chairs and we could have both sat soaking our feet while the technician worked on one of us, but we weren't even offered that option. I was also pretty disgusted that, as I was having my feet finished, the technician put the cleaner into the foot bath to start cleaning it. One slip and my foot would have been in a bowl of god knows what. The technician herself was really nice and friendly, but it was really awkward trying to have a 'girls' night out' when it felt like the technician was actively involving herself in the conversation. I won't be going back.
