Worst tattoo experience I've ever had…read more My best friend and I came here excited to get tattoos based on a reference photo we provided, and the final result looked nothing like what we asked for. Completely disappointing from the start. It only got worse from there. We reached out multiple times on Instagram to have the work fixed and were either ignored or left on read. When they did respond, it was always some excuse about why they hadn't gotten back to us. At one point, we were told to come in as a walk-in to fix the tattoos. We showed up as instructed, only to be turned away because the artist who did our tattoos wasn't there. Total waste of time. Later, they messaged asking for my phone number, saying "Evan" would contact me. He finally reached out almost three days later, but when I tried to actually schedule an appointment, I was ignored again. No follow-up, no accountability, nothing. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is honestly shocking. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo here, don't. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Would not recommend to anyone.
