The lady who does that is working from home because of the corona virus with her five kids. I understand times our strange and difficult currently. Then my friend called the office the next day same response. I finally emailed the owner, Alexis Brott, she was very cold to me in her response. In my application, I said I would like to bring my cats. There was a section that asks what kind of animal and describe on the application. She told me they were a pet free environment. Why would you have that on your application if you were a pet free complex? Also I mentioned if need be I can get the proper documentation for an emotional support animal. Her manner of response prompted me to come here on Yelp to warn others. The people that work for Brott Property are unhelpful and the owner is rude and uncaring.

My folks only made about $1,800 for a very full 3 bedroom two bath house. Sure it was cleaned out at the end but it still causes us much pain to even talk about it today. If you have true treasures and want the actual price that they are worth don't go with this company. If you are ok with getting a dollar or two for something that should be sold for 50 or more than go with Tami. If you want items individually priced Don't go with Tami. If you want a sale on the weekend Don't go with Tami. If you Don't want your heart broken even a year later don't go with Tami. The dining room was particularly distressed, from years of being under carpet with people sitting in chairs - lots of ground in padding, actual divots from the chair legs, etc. - and now it looks like something out of a magazine.
